General
Who we are, what we build, and what to expect.
What does Web Wish do?
We design and build custom websites, dashboards, and web applications—focused on performance, clean UX, and reliable delivery.
Do you work with small businesses or only large companies?
Both. We often work with founders and small teams, and we also support growing companies that need scalable systems.
Can you improve an existing website instead of building a new one?
Yes. We can redesign, optimize performance/SEO, fix UX issues, and modernize the stack—depending on the current codebase.
Do you provide design as well as development?
Yes. We can handle UI/UX, design systems, and implementation—or collaborate with your designer and focus on engineering.
What industries do you work with?
We build across industries, especially service businesses, restaurants, local companies, and product-like internal tools.
Process & timeline
How a project runs from first call to launch.
How long does a typical project take?
Simple sites can take 1–3 weeks. Larger websites and web apps typically take 4–10+ weeks depending on scope and integrations.
What do you need from me to start?
A short overview of your goals, examples you like, key pages/features, and any constraints (deadline, budget, content readiness).
How do you handle feedback and revisions?
We share structured milestones and review rounds. You give feedback in batches, and we iterate quickly with clear next steps.
Do you launch the site for us?
Yes. We handle production deployment, domain/SSL checks, analytics setup (if requested), and post-launch verification.
Can you work with a fixed deadline?
Often yes—if scope matches timeline. We can propose a phased launch (MVP first, enhancements after) to meet deadlines.
Pricing & scope
How we price projects and what affects cost.
How much does a website cost?
It depends on scope (pages, animations, CMS, languages, SEO). After a short call we provide a clear quote with deliverables.
Do you offer fixed-price packages?
We can do fixed-price when scope is clear. For evolving products, a milestone-based approach is usually better.
What usually increases the price?
Multi-language, complex animations, integrations, custom dashboards, user accounts, and content-heavy migrations.
Do you require a deposit?
Typically yes. We split payments by milestones so you always know what is delivered at each step.
Can we start small and expand later?
Yes. We often launch an MVP first and iterate—this reduces risk and keeps the roadmap flexible.
Technology
Stack, performance, SEO, and integrations.
What tech stack do you use?
We commonly use Next.js/React, TypeScript, Tailwind, and best-practice tooling. Backend options depend on the project (e.g. Supabase).
Will my website be fast and SEO-friendly?
Yes—performance and SEO are built-in. We ship clean HTML, optimized images, metadata, and strong Core Web Vitals.
Can you integrate third-party tools?
Yes—payments, analytics, CRM, booking systems, email, WhatsApp, etc. We integrate based on your workflow.
Do you support multi-language sites?
Yes. We build multi-locale sites with proper routing, translations, and SEO considerations (sitemaps, hreflang).
Do you use a CMS?
If you need content editing, we can integrate a CMS. If not, a code-first setup is faster and simpler.
Support & maintenance
What happens after launch.
Do you offer maintenance?
Yes. We can provide ongoing support, updates, monitoring, and new features as your business grows.
Can I update content myself?
Yes—if you want that, we’ll set up a CMS or an editable structure. Otherwise, we can handle updates for you.
What if something breaks?
We can provide a support channel and response times. For critical issues we prioritize fixes quickly.
Do you provide hosting?
We can host or set up hosting under your account. We’ll recommend the best option based on needs and budget.
Can you add new pages/features later?
Absolutely. We build with scalability in mind, so adding pages, languages, and features is straightforward.
