Mochtar Haidari-Neugebauer

As the owner and managing director of our company, I serve as your primary point of contact and ensure that communication stays clear, structured, and responsive from day one.

I am responsible for direct client communication, professional consultation, and the coordination of all stakeholders throughout the entire project lifecycle—from the first inquiry to final delivery. This includes gathering and clarifying requirements, translating them into actionable plans, and making sure every decision supports your business goals.

In addition, I oversee ideation and strategic planning to build a reliable foundation for design and development. My objective is to accurately understand individual needs, provide transparent guidance, and reliably support our clients through a goal-oriented collaboration that leads to a successful, high-quality result.

Samir Danial

As Head of Technical, I lead the engineering side of each project—making sure the product is built cleanly, securely, and with long-term maintainability in mind.

I work hands-on across architecture and implementation, selecting a practical tech stack and setting up the foundations for performance, reliability, and smooth deployments.

I focus on clarity and consistency: predictable delivery, readable code, and solid engineering practices (reviews, testing where it adds value, and documentation) so your team can operate and evolve the product with confidence.
